*Please make sure your hair is freshly washed and free of products before your appointment. ( If preferred, we can shampoo your hair on arrival)
* If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or are feeling unwell please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
* Please turn up on time for your appointment. Turning up late may result in you missing your appointment and having to reschedule. Please note that the missed appointment should be paid in full before booking your next appointment.

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY:
We respect and appreciate that our clients have busy and demanding lives and that last minute problems are sometimes unavoidable. However, as a small barbershop our income is solely based on the Barber service we provide to you ,our clients. Therefore, we would respectfully ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, that you do so giving us at least 2 hours notice so that we can offer that appointment to another client.
If you make an appointment and don't cancel it and don't show up, please respect our policy that you will need to pay 100% of the missed appointment before booking your next appointment. You may also be required to prepay online for all future appointments
